        Controllable spam filter (white list and black listing of addresses)

Signing up is simple!
        1) Agree to the WebConnect Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy at http://www.wcol.net/aup.htm
        2) Reply to this note letting us know the email address you would like as well as your payment method
                        e.g.  myewemailaddress@wilton-ct.com or    johnsmith@ridgefield-ct.com 
        3) Subscribe to the service with your credit card, Paypal account, echeck or mail us a paper check
        4) Receive welcome email from WebConnect after your payment has cleared allowing you access to your email account (as well as any email that may have arrived)
